Global Business Ser. 4u in Seattle is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our engineering team, working across development and operations with emphasis on security and on-call readiness.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, implement solutions using established practices, monitor metrics, and contribute to production systems; Azure is required, AWS a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Cyber Security preferred; significant industry experience considered.
• Four+ years of Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Security experience; Azure required (AWS a plus).
• Ability to quickly learn new cloud technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
• Strong IAM/Security knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience developing solutions for retail/eCommerce, with related fields like manufacturing or logistics.
• Experience with Cloud configuration technologies including SAML, OIDC, PAM/RBAC, Conditional Access, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Group/User Management.
• Ability to produce and maintain detailed SOPs and documentation.

Job Description

You will play a central role in our engineering team, contributing across the entire development and operations lifecycle, from pre-production to production. You'll be backed by a robust engineering team and established best practices and may be required to provide on-call support when necessary. A strong focus on security is essential for success in this role, as you'll be involved in application integrations and the management of access and permissions to critical resources.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security is preferred, though candidates with significant and relevant industry experience/certifications will also be considered.
• Four+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Security. Azure required (AWS a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT space.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management/Security principles and best practices.
• Experience with task management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Background in developing solutions for retail or eCommerce businesses, with additional experience in related fields such as manufacturing and logistics, supply chain, or corporate shared services.
• Experience in Cloud Configuration and Technologies, including SAML, OIDC, Privileged Access Management (PAM/RBAC), Conditional Access, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Group/User Management. (Cloud based Linux/Windows/ SQL Support a plus).
• In addition, the role demands proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across all engineering and operational activities.
