Job summary

TheTalentos is seeking a security-focused technical contributor to join a growing security team. You will implement technical security controls, develop tools to identify threats, and build monitoring infrastructure across our platform.

This role emphasizes cross-team collaboration and automating security tasks to improve efficiency. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security, experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform), and familiarity with OWASP Top Ten and cloud

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Experience using infrastructure as code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Comfort developing code in Python, NodeJS, Ruby, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiar with OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities and impact on environments.
• Familiar with building security alerts from multiple data sources.
• Familiar with control frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Enjoy collaborating with external teams and stakeholders.
• Passionate about building automated tasks to improve efficiency.
• Ownership attitude and perseverance in challenging tasks.

In this role you will be a technical contributor on the security team building security tools, implementing security controls, building security alerting infrastructure, and liaising betweentechnical teams. You will be an active voice in a small but growing security team.

About You:

• You have 2+ years of security-related experience
• You have experience using infrastructure as code tools such as CloudFormation orTerraform
