Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia seeks a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement security programs and provide outreach within the community. Compensation starts at $21 per hour, with a max of $23 per hour, paid bi-weekly based on experience.

Responsibilities include patrols, gatehouse relief, emergency response, traffic enforcement, and detailed incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security and/or emergency medical services preferred.
• EMR certification and CPR certification required; EMR certification within 30 days if not yet held.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service and enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care using basic interventions.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
