Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to controlled areas and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify relevant contacts.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and keep shift handoff information clear.
