Job summary

ADM Security Solutions is a division of Admiral Security Services. We are seeking professional security personnel to perform a variety of duties at contract sites both indoors and outdoors. Roles include access control for guests, enforcement of policies, patrols, and incident reporting.

Candidates must be 21+, have excellent customer service, and be able to multitask while using MS Office and security software. A year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
• Able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military/concierge AA or BA in related field considered).

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols around building.
• Report incidents to operations manager, client, and department managers.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and general public.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
