The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have strong multitasking skills. The position requires effective communication in English and the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license and the ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• Dependable and capable of sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Answer phone calls and route them appropriately.
• Maintain visible presence to ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Coordinate with Surveillance on monitoring critical areas.
• Assist local law enforcement and the Illinois Gaming Agents as needed.
