Merlin International Inc in McLean, VA is seeking a Dev/Ops Engineer to design and implement CI/CD and evidence automation infrastructure for security operations. The role focuses on turning manual compliance into automated workflows to achieve continuous audit readiness and scalable security practices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years building pipelines, strong Python skills, and experience with IaC tools and FedRAMP/SOC2 frameworks. A multi-cloud background is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with SOAR platforms (Cortex XSOAR, Phantom, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python for security automation scripting.
• Familiarity with evidence collection requirements for FedRAMP or SOC 2.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automated evidence collection pipelines across compliance control families.
• Build CI/CD infrastructure for detection rule deployment, testing, and validation.
• Develop SOAR playbooks and workflow automation for incident response processes.
• Automate vulnerability disclosure, file integrity monitoring, and notification workflows.
• Create evidence validation tooling to support continuous audit readiness.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI-assisted automation within security operations.
