Northrop Grumman is seeking a Security Coordinator to:

  • Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to review and process required documentation in support of the SAP and SCI nomination processes; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE, and other information systems; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements; maintain and operate document control register/database; process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control.

  • Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures.

  • Generate programmatic visit certs.

  • Audit both unclassified and classified personnel files.

  • Data entry and queries.

  • Have a familiarization with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205. 07 Volumes 1-4), Sensitive Compartmented Information Administrative Manuals (DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1-3), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), IC Technical Specification (IC Tech Spec) for ICD/ICS 705, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.

  • Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 and Issue subcontract DD254s.

  • Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing personnel security paperwork and a data transfer agent to ingress files and upload into Government databases.

  • Maintain liaison and good working relationships with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers.

  • Other administrative and logistic duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or security related experience.

  • Active Secret clearance.

Salary Range: $47,600 - $79,400

Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
