Responsibilities

• Alarm monitoring and equipment maintenance with documentation and communication to relevant parties.
• Coordinate responses with internal/external agencies to protect customers/assets.
• Dispatch security vendors and assist in field testing and issue resolution.
• Utilize Enterprise Notification System to alert employees of incidents and document resolutions.
• Operate computers and standard software packages (Microsoft Office, Windows NT).
• Adapt to changes or problems during daily activities and solve problems.
