Job summary

Visionaryz Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Security Consultant in New York City to protect sensitive PeopleSoft data across OCI and cloud databases. You will implement Oracle Database Security controls and manage encryption and auditing.

Work with Oracle OCI, Oracle Database Security, TDE, Audit Vault, and Unified Auditing to secure integrations and identity platforms while enforcing access controls and data protection across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience securing Oracle databases in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security models.
• Proficiency with auditing and data-protection controls.

Responsibilities

• Secure PeopleSoft data handling, transmission, integration, and storage within OCI
• Implement Oracle Database Security controls, including Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
• Support Audit Vault / Unified Auditing
• Manage privileged account controls and database hardening
• Work with PeopleSoft security tables, roles, and permission lists
• Secure integrations using SOAP/REST, web services, and API gateways
• Apply application security controls around authentication, authorization, session management, and data protection
• Monitor cloud database logs, events, and security metrics
• Support data classification, sensitive-data protection, and compliance requirements
• Work with enterprise security tools including DLP, DRM, and cloud data monitoring solutions
