Job summary

MW Partners seeks a cybersecurity/GRC professional to track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs for enterprise programs, and to build reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders.

You will support workshops and communications, conduct benchmarking and research to inform decisions, and create/maintain documentation and program repositories. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Cloud security experience is a plus.
• 2-4 years in cybersecurity or security compliance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, PCI, ISO27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, etc.
• Understanding of SDLC, Identity/User Access management, and backup and DR processes.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; team player with good organizational and planning skills.
• GRC Engineering experience developing automated control testing solutions.

Requirements

• Security-related experience in cloud environments is a plus.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity or security compliance field
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, ISO27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, etc.)
• Knowledge of Core IT processes / services such as SDLC, Identity/User Access management, and backup and DR processes will be useful
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that the candidate is a team player and possesses strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to communicate with both business and IT technical staff, including IT and Business management.
• GRC Engineering experience developing automated control testing solutions.

• Bachelors/Master's Degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related field
