Job summary

Harbinger is hiring a Security Compliance Analyst to build and own our security compliance program end to end in a fast‑growing EV environment. You will define controls, gather evidence, write policies, and drive tooling with teams across the company.

You will lead audits, manage evidence, and work with Vanta, Jira and Confluence to ensure readiness for external assessments. A bachelor’s in IS/Cybersecurity and 5+ years in security compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in security compliance, GRC, or IT audit.
• Startup or high-growth experience building a program.

Responsibilities

• Own the security compliance control catalog, evidence, and crosswalks across frameworks.
• Coordinate evidence collection, testing, and remediation for audits and certifications.
• Write and maintain policy and procedures; administer GRC tooling (Vanta).
• Lead third-party security reviews and document decisions for audit readiness.
