Job summary

Syllo is seeking a security-focused professional to own and evolve its security program in the United States. You will architect and operate critical controls, ensure SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness, and drive security monitoring and incident readiness.

You will design IAM policies, enforce least-privilege access, and maintain SSO configurations across the stack, balancing usability with robust protections for sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Own security infrastructure: implement, configure, and monitor controls supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 (Vanta, SSO, endpoint management, monitoring).
• Manage identity and access: design IAM policies, enforce least privilege, and maintain SSO across the stack.
• Run incident response: detect, triage, and respond; maintain runbooks that hold up under pressure.
