Harris Computer seeks a Security & Compliance Advisor to guide business units on certification requirements for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and Nacha. You will review security documentation, identify gaps, and promote proactive evidence collection to support audits.

You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, assist in audit planning, and provide scoping guidance for shared services to ensure timely evidence delivery.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience assessing security and compliance requirements.
• Experience advising on security controls for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and Nacha.
• Familiarity with evidence requirements cited in audits (patching reports, password settings, penetration test results).
• Understanding inclusive vs. carve-out scoping for shared services or third-party relationships.

Responsabilités

• Advises business units on security requirements for certification, attestation, assessment, and regulatory scope.
• Reviews security documentation for completeness and alignment with certification obligations.
• Identifies gaps needing remediation before external audits.
• Guides proactive evidence collection and ongoing evidence gathering.
• Coordinates with internal audit teams, external auditors, and corporate support functions.
• Supports audit planning discussions and remediation tracking.
• Shares security-focused input on scoping for shared services providers.
