Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Command Center professional to serve clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors from our Bloomington, MN site. You will monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, and ensure adherence to site policies while delivering excellent customer service.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws; drug screen.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by site.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms.
• Monitor and operate facility computer systems as assigned.
• Handle security issues or emergencies and contact Emergency Services as needed.
