Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of system security accreditation processes and SOP creation.
• Hands-on experience with server/storage administration and patching.

Responsibilities

• Decompose customer requirements into technical solutions and assess impacts.
• Assist with project estimation, scheduling, and cost of cloud solutions.
• Create and maintain System Security Plans and other SOP documentation.
• Provide tiered IT engineering support and incident management.
