Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC seeks a Program Analyst to actively monitor and report on cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle. The role includes managing the IMS, preparing SOWs/PWSs and related market research, and supporting acquisition documentation.

The candidate will participate in key program reviews and meetings while ensuring accurate cost, schedule, and risk reporting to the government PM. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and reporting on cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle and developing key acquisition documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report progress.
• Prepare acquisition documents such as SOWs, PWS, market research, IGCEs.
• Document and participate in key meetings (sprint planning, PMRs).
