Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a mid‑level Paralegal in Tulsa, OK to support a federal agency’s legal mission. You will perform litigation support, legal research, drafting, and administrative tasks for multiple attorneys.

Requirements include a Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience), US driver’s license, and several years of paralegal work; knowledge of Westlaw or LexisNexis is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or associate degree, or equivalent legal experience is required.
• Must have strong legal research and drafting skills and the ability to support multiple attorneys.
• Accounting background and familiarity with legal databases are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Requesting and coordinating information with discretion and judgment across laws, decisions, regulations and agency policies.
• Assist with hearings preparation, pleadings, exhibits, witnesses, and related matters.
• Attend hearings to observe procedures and prepare written reports on case status.
