KBR in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an Internal Quality Inspector for the Ordnance Section reporting to the Quality Manager. You will collect and analyze data to drive improvements in Marine Corps ordnance readiness, maintenance quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have a Secret clearance, at least 4 years of related maintenance QC experience in USMC/Army environments, and strong knowledge of DoD publications, GCSS-MC, and QA methods.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience as a maintenance shop chief in USMC or Army QC, or 3rd/4th Echelon depot maintenance.
• Working knowledge of MCO 4790.2_, MCO P4400.150_, GCSS-MC and applicable reports, or Army equivalents.
• Strong understanding of Marine Corps/Army policies, regulations, and orders.
• Proficiency with quality assurance principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with DoD publications and MCPDS.

Aufgaben

• Perform detailed technical inspections on ordnance equipment.
• Interpret technical manuals for workforce and management.
• Analyze GCSS-MC and MCPIC data to ensure equipment readiness for delivery to the customer.
• Monitor and update the eQMS database.
• Answer customer quality complaints promptly and accurately.
• Interpret the Statement of Work for the ordnance section.
• Liaise with government QA Equipment Specialists and counterparts.
• Supervise ordnance maintenance activities to improve quality and satisfaction.
