Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant in Boston, MA with remote/hybrid work options and a trial location in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on designing and delivering graphics for litigation, including timelines, diagrams, and opening/closing slides, with substantial PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite usage.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, strong design skills, and the ability to manage multiple graphics projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• High proficiency in graphic design, infographics and MS PowerPoint.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint with experience in WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver preferred.
• Ability to create, design and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
• Must be able to provide samples of graphics previously designed independently.
• Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate willingly and effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain graphics for litigation proceedings.
• Create timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts.
• Perform video editing and format conversions.
• Assist with simple IT tasks (printers, networking) and basic AV setup.
• Ensure evidence is presented clearly in court presentations.
• Revise diagrams/figures in expert reports and develop/opening/closing slides (approx. 100–150 total).
• Revise/improve existing graphics (approx. 80–100 slides).
• Collaborate with client experts and witnesses to refine graphics (approx. 50 slides).
• Be able to interpret data and create graphical representations.
