Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years of systems administration/IT operations experience.
• Experience administering Windows servers, AD, DNS, and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Provide help desk and desktop support for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Troubleshoot network/infrastructure including switches and firewalls.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware, OS, apps, and peripherals.
• Support virtualization platforms and storage/services.
• Maintain security controls, backups, and policy compliance.
• Monitor availability, coordinate escalations, and document procedures.
• Assist with upgrades, onboarding/offboarding, and other IT tasks.
• Follow security policies including NIST and CMMC.
