Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue ID cards and CACs, verify eligibility, discuss entitlements per federal regs.
• Conduct weekly CAC stock accountability checks and manage supplies.
• Authorize DEERS access for eligible customers and update RAPIDS settings.
• Review RAPIDS audits and coordinate security with Security Manager.
• Verify TRICARE eligibility for mobilizing personnel.
• Input Medicare Part B data for eligible personnel.
• resolve customer complaints related to ID card services.
• Generate reports on ID card issuance and stock usage trends.
