Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Specialist to support the C-17 Training System program in Altus, OK.

You will manage the complete program data package and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all released documentation, including CAE-generated materials, vendor data, and Air Force publications. You will also maintain contractor records, baselines for courseware, hardware, software, and visual databases, and ensure adherence to configuration management processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information management, engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years in configuration management, data management, or document control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the total program data package and release documentation.
• Maintain integrity of CAE-generated documents, vendor data, and baselines.
• Support CDRLs, contractor records, and program documentation across courseware, hardware, software and visual databases.
• Follow configuration management processes, version control, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, logistics, and courseware teams for documentation updates.
