Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• 15+ years of software engineering and systems architecture experience.
• Advanced mastery of AI frameworks and LLMOps (PyTorch, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, DeepSpeed; LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, model governance, continuous training pipelines, real-time drift detection.
• Proficiency in Java, Rust, Python, C; CUDA/Triton kernels; performance profiling.
• Kubernetes multi-cluster, service mesh, zero-trust containerization, air-gapped infra.
• DevSecOps, AI security tooling, SAST/DAST and confidential computing.
• SAFe/Scaled Agile; leadership of multi-pod teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end distributed AI platforms for classified enclaves.
• Design multi-agent orchestration engines and RAG platforms.
• Lead hardware/software optimization across GPUs/TPUs/NPUs with quantization and custom kernels.
• Establish zero-trust security postures and automated DevSecOps pipelines.
• Interface with executive leadership to map mission objectives to technical architectures.
