Qualifications

• Interpret and integrate security frameworks into organizational processes.
• 8+ years experience leading certification onboarding for ISO27001 and SOC 2.
• Strong knowledge of global/regional regulations (EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM, NAM).
• Proven track record in leading compliance audits (internal/external).
• Hands-on experience with GRC principles and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of security certifications (ISO27001, SOC2, NIST) including planning, execution, and improvement.
• Define, implement, and operate compliance and audit processes with ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce cost and complexity of certification efforts.
• Oversee certification onboarding, preparation, and external assessments.
• Deliver certification roadmap with reporting and escalations.
• Coordinate export control continuous compliance audits.
• Drive continuous improvements for efficiency and evolving standards.
