Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and progressive security experience.
• 10+ years in information security or related tech fields.
• 5+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for security configuration automation and engineering.
• Lead security engineering and automation initiatives to improve configuration enforcement.
• Collaborate with Security, Technology Services, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and platform teams to identify control gaps.
• Translate security risks and posture findings into scalable engineering solutions.
• Advance preventive and detective security controls, policy-as-code, and pipeline checks.
• Prioritize automation investments using risk and business value.
• Define success metrics and reporting for security automation capabilities.
• Build and retain a high-performing security engineering team.
