Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC is hiring a Security Attendant (Driver) to help keep guests safe and ensure a smooth hospitality experience. The role offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, plus potential shift differentials for overnight work.

As a member of the security team, you will monitor CCTV and access control, operate the lodge shuttle for staff, and respond promptly to incidents while maintaining a professional, calm demeanor

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience managing CCTV arrays; operate CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain security and safety of hotel, guests, pack members, and property.
• Fill in security-related job assignments.
• Run routine inspections of the hotel premises.
• Operate lodge shuttle/van to transport lodge Pack Members between lodge and off-site housing.
• Act promptly in events requiring attention and document occurrences.
• Follow Occupational Health & Safety rules upheld by the hotel.
• Present a professional image to inspire confidence.
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Provide guest service in every interaction.
• Manage risk with contingency plans and adaptability.
• Avoid biases in decision-making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains the security and safety of the hotel, Guests, Pack Members and their property by providing constant vigilance in and around the hotel premises
• Fills in security related job assignments
• Runs routine inspections of the hotel premises
• Operates lodge shuttle/van to transport lodge Pack Members between lodge and off-site housing
• Acts promptly in the event of a circumstance that requires attention
• Assists Management in dealing with any incidents that arise within the hotel and produces detailed documentation of event
• Follows all Occupational Health & Safety rules upheld by the hotel
• Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
• Remains composed and behaves professionally during emotionally charged or stressful situations
• Provides guest service in every interaction with guests at the resort
• Helps manage risk, and uses contingency plans to face uncertainty and adapt to change
• Sorts through conflicting perspectives without taking sides. Is aware of personal biases and doesn't allow them to affect decisions

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School education or equivalent
• Experience managing extensive closed circuit television arrays; comfortable operating and monitoring activities on-premises using CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays depending on business demands
• Successful completions of a criminal background check and drug screen

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Law enforcement background
• First responder training

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf's total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
