• Minimum 8 years in software systems security and information security.
• Cybersecurity certifications are required (hard gate).
• Experience managing demand pipelines with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of ISMS and international standards.
