Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned security leader to serve as a virtual CISO for a portfolio of client accounts. You will act as the primary strategic security advisor, developing security strategies, roadmaps, and risk registers aligned with each client's business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of information security experience.
• Proven ability to present security strategies and risk to executives and boards.
• Experience designing cloud and enterprise security architectures across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Experience evaluating identity security solutions including IAM, PAM, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust.
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCISO, SABSA, CRISC, CCSP.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in information security
• Strong working knowledge of security frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA
• Demonstrated experience designing cloud and enterprise security architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments
• Experience designing and evaluating identity security solutions, including IAM, PAM, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust strategies
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCISO, SABSA, CRISC, CCSP
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
