Job summary

Blitzy's Cambridge, MA-based team seeks a Senior Security Engineer operating at the level of a Security Architect to unify our security strategy as we scale. You will provide visibility into emerging risks and drive large-scale mitigations across the product security and ML ecosystems.

This is a visionary leadership role reporting to executive leadership, with a focus on anomaly detection, automated fault detection, and long-term security strategies to protect production systems in high-stakes

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent hands-on security experience.
• Experience as Security Architect, Senior Security Engineering Manager, or Technical Security Advisor at scale.
• Expertise in machine learning security, vulnerability research, self-healing systems, and cryptography.
• CISSP or equivalent certification/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unify organizational security strategy by identifying current and emerging threats across software.
• Lead offensive and defensive security initiatives spanning cryptographic, cloud, and ML platforms.
• Advise executive leadership with consistent, prioritized guidance for mitigating security risks across partners.
