Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), a Dover Company, seeks a Security Architect to shape security architecture across cloud, edge, and on‑premises environments. You will embed secure‑by‑design practices, drive DevSecOps, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to prioritize controls and risk-based remediation.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in security architecture, PCI DSS familiarity, and strong communication skills to discuss risks with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture, application security, infrastructure security, or related discipline.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional solution and engineering teams to influence decisions without direct reporting authority.
• Comfortable leading customer discussions on solution security and network security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the security architecture roadmap across cloud, edge, applications, APIs, network, and devices.
• Engage with customers to discuss solution security and build confidence in proposed approaches.
• Embed secure-by-design principles and threat modeling throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Establish and improve DevSecOps processes with security controls in CI/CD pipelines.
• Triage CVEs and drive timely remediation or risk acceptance.
