Job summary

WSS Integrated Technologies, a family-owned integrator in Bloomsbury, NJ, is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and residential electronic systems across our local accounts.

You will perform annual Fire Alarm inspections and service intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control, while ensuring seamless low-voltage integration and on-site client support. The role includes a company vehicle, tools, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on field experience installing or repairing Security Alarms, Fire Alarms, and CCTV networks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history
• Deep technical troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of low-voltage electrical standards
• Strong on-site communication to update direct reports and explain findings to clients
• Reliable, self-motivated and capable of working independently on the road

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and residential integrated electronic systems
• Perform annual regulatory Fire Alarm inspections and system testing

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Technician, you will manage local accounts within your designated territory - Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial and residential integrated electronic systems.
• Performing annual regulatory Fire Alarm Inspections and system testing.
• Servicing a diverse array of technologies, including Intrusion Alarms, IP CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Basic low-voltage networking and electrical routing to ensure seamless system integration.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
