Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk, GRC, vulnerability management, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO, SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA; relevant certifications valued but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing and monitoring cybersecurity risks across Lennar's technology environment.
  • Supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives and aligning security with industry standards and business objectives.
  • Reviewing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing results, audit findings, and other security assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracking and supporting remediation efforts, including plans of action and milestones.
  • Evaluating third-party vendors and business partners to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and security preparedness initiatives.
  • Collaborating with technology and business teams to understand priorities, identify risks, and develop practical security solutions.
  • Preparing risk assessments, security findings, and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Contributing to security awareness and education initiatives across the organization.
  • Staying current on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry practices.
