Hitachi Vantara seeks a passionate Associate Security Analyst to collaborate with the Cybersecurity team, review security information, and communicate findings across teams. This entry-level role suits someone with internship experience and a drive to grow in cybersecurity.

You will support daily security tasks, assist with awareness and training initiatives, maintain documentation, and help publish training materials while learning industry best practices.

Qualificações

  • Previous internship experience in Cybersecurity and IT is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity is strongly desired.
  • 1+ years of experience working in cybersecurity awareness, training and communication or related field
  • Experience working in Project Management and Planning Projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management fundamentals including Agile Methodology.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist Cybersecurity Director in day-to-day activities by executing assigned tasks, tracking action items, and supporting the delivery of Cybersecurity Awareness, Training and Communication and general Cybersecurity initiatives under established direction and guidance.
  • Track assigned tasks, document meeting notes, metrics, and support regular status reporting for general Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Awareness and Training initiatives.
  • Participate in Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Awareness and Training-related initiatives by performing research, collecting information, coordinating inputs, and supporting execution activities, without owning project strategy or final decisions.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives, including coordination of tasks, research, data collection, analyzing metrics, progress tracking for related security projects.
  • Contribute to the drafting, updating, formatting, maintenance and publishing of Cybersecurity Awareness and Training material, including internal website content, user instruction, documentation, and compliance programs, based on inputs from stakeholders and industry best practices.
  • Assist in organizing, updating, and version-controlling Cybersecurity documentation, web content, and training records, ensuring information remains current and accessible.
  • Develop training content, presentation materials, and support documentation for cybersecurity awareness and training, as defined and led by Cybersecurity Director.

Job description

Hitachi Vantara seeks a passionate and talented Associate Security Analyst. In the role of Associate Security Analyst, you will collaborate with Cybersecurity team members to review and communicate security information across teams. This position is suitable for individuals at the entry level who have prior internship experience. We seek a proactive and dependable candidate eager to advance and continually develop their skills in the cybersecurity industry.

Main responsibilities
