Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 to serve as the Facility Security Officer for the Chandler facility. This 100% onsite role requires a Secret clearance and focuses on building and maintaining a compliant security program for classified materials.

The role reports to the Sector Sr. Security Manager and involves implementing regulations, conducting security education, audits, and coordinating with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience OR Master's with 6 years OR PhD with 4 years. Additional 4+ yrs can substitute.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
• Working knowledge of DD Form 254, DISS, NISS.
• Experience as an AFSO or FSO.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a security program compliant with NISPOM and related regulations.
• Studies and implements federal security regulations applicable to company operations.
• Obtains rulings and deviations from government agencies.
• Develops security programs for classified or proprietary materials and equipment.
• Prepares procedures for handling and access to restricted records and materials.
• Maintains security education and conducts audits.
• Performs security inspections and internal evaluations.
• Investigates security incidents and prepares corrective action reports.
• Leads security tasks for construction or modification of classified areas.
• Maintains security documentation, OPSEC plans, CONOPS, SOPs.
