Job summary

VIVA USA INC is seeking a Security Analyst – Consultant for onsite work. You will support the client SOC lead, manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations, and help mature network security and compliance solutions in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on tasks across on-premise and cloud networks, firewall changes, and threat monitoring. Strong experience in security design, logs, and multiple platforms is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, information systems, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• A network security centric certification such as PCNSE or CCNA.
• Experience in IT security or system administration.
• Hands-on experience in network design, implementation, or support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maturing network security and compliance solutions.
• Investigate and respond to daily network alerts.
• Perform network security assessments for proposed firewall and infrastructure changes.
• Conduct technical analysis for network security planning and engineering.
• Review connectivity, website block and firewall rule requests for risk.
