Job summary

Arbiter is seeking a Security Analyst to monitor and protect our environments, applications, services, endpoints, and networks. You will deploy policies, evaluate compliance, and respond to vulnerabilities while applying AI tools to strengthen security operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI in cybersecurity experience, strong communication, and a drive to explore responsible AI capabilities. You will work with SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud resources to defend enterprise assets.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools or AI-enabled workflows in cybersecurity is preferred.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI in security operations is preferred.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA texts or calls.
• Must reside within the United States and not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Managing access control policies: Establishing, managing, and monitoring authentication methods, conditional access policies, risk policies, permissions, and monitoring onboarding/offboarding procedures across the organization.
• Managing endpoints: Overseeing device management policies including secure configurations, patch management, antivirus, and security agent configuration and reporting; monitoring and reporting compliance and responding to vulnerabilities, threats, and cyber activity.
• Monitoring and managing security alerts: Reviewing alerts, investigating alerts, generating incident reports, optimizing alerts to avoid false positives, and reporting alert trends.
• Configuring security tools and technologies: Configure and manage tools used for device management, antivirus, SIEM, and intrusion detection and response.
• Administrating security and compliance training: Identifying or creating training material, scheduling and monitoring training activities, generating training reports.
• Providing support to end users: Responding to questions on security technology and troubleshooting deployment and management issues in cloud resources and endpoints.

• Administrating security and compliance training: Identifying or creating security training material to deploy to the organization, scheduling and monitoring training activities, generating training reports for evidence collection.
• Providing support to end users: Responding to questions from end users and help desk team on security technology, troubleshooting problems related to deployment and management of security tools in cloud resources and endpoints.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools or AI-enabled workflows in cybersecurity is preferred.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for exploring practical, responsible uses of AI to improve security operations is preferred.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA (multi-factor authentication) texts or calls.
• Have an internet connection that’s adequate for the job, a minimum of 10Mbps down.
• Must reside within the United States and not require any type of visa sponsorship.
