This role sits at the intersection of cyber security, governance, reporting and data analytics. We're looking for someone who enjoys turning complex security data into meaningful insights, building reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Cyber Security governance, IAM/PAM, risk or regulatory reporting.
• Strong data analysis, MI capabilities.
• Experience building dashboards and visualisations with Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to present data to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing security governance dashboards and reporting packs.
• Producing KPI, KRI and management reporting across security and identity workstreams.
• Collecting, validating and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Supporting governance forums, steering committees and leadership reporting.
• Tracking risks, actions, dependencies and programme performance metrics.
• Creating compelling visualisations and dashboards using Power BI, Excel and reporting tools.
• Supporting audit, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Working with cyber, technology and business teams to improve reporting quality and governance processes.
• Delivering meaningful insights that support risk management and decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of cyber security, governance, reporting and data analytics. We're looking for someone who enjoys turning complex security data into meaningful insights, building reporting that drives decision-making, and helping security leaders understand risk, performance and programme progress.

Whether your background is in cyber governance, security metrics and reporting, IAM/PAM, operational risk, or you've transitioned from a data and analytics role into cyber security, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

As a Security Analyst, you will support the governance and reporting activities across a range of security and identity initiatives, helping stakeholders gain visibility of performance, risk and programme delivery through high-quality data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing security governance dashboards and reporting packs.
• Producing KPI, KRI and management reporting across security and identity workstreams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within Cyber Security, Security Governance, IAM, PAM, Risk, Compliance, PMO, Business Analysis or Technology Operations.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and MI capability.
• Experience building dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to gather, interpret and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing governance packs, scorecards, executive reporting or management information.
• Understanding of identity-related security concepts such as IAM, PAM, access governance or authentication processes would be advantageous.
• Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments is desirable.

Ideal Backgrounds

We're particularly interested in individuals who have:

• Worked in Security Metrics & Reporting or Cyber Governance functions.
• Supported IAM or PAM programmes through reporting, analytics or governance activities.
• Built Power BI dashboards for security, risk or technology teams.
• Transitioned from a data, MI, reporting or business intelligence background into cyber security.
• Supported security transformation, regulatory, audit or risk-focused programmes.
