GardaWorld Security Services in Rockland, ME seeks a friendly Concierge Security Officer who blends vigilance with exceptional customer service. You will welcome visitors, verify identities, manage access, and patrol properties to identify risks.

This role offers a $24.00 hourly wage, flexible scheduling with 1–8 hour shifts, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and paid holidays. Prior security or military experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic phone and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identities.

• Manage access control

• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
