Interface Systems is seeking a Security Alarm Technician to diagnose, install, and service intrusion, fire, video, and access systems for commercial clients in Memphis.
You will travel to sites, work with telecom and network cabling, and follow OSHA safety policies while delivering hands-on training to customers and maintaining inventory.
The role requires a valid driver’s license and field experience; NICET is a plus; full-time with on-site work and potential on-call shifts.
Interface is seeking an experienced Security Alarm Technician. In this position, you will diagnose and resolve application issues while maintaining fire alarm systems, TCP/IP networks, video surveillance, access control, and wireless solutions. As a Security Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing security and video surveillance systems, wireless devices, and cabling. This will also include installing various electronic components and cables, terminating, commissioning, and testing. Interface equips its technicians with a full suite of high-quality, company-provided tools to ensure you’re prepared for every job, such as a cordless drill/driver, test monitor, tone generator and probe kit, cable strippers, crimpers, fish tape or rods, voltage tester, punch down tool, specialty wrenches or nut drivers, label maker, PPE, and a company-issued laptop.
