Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Security Advisor I for Falcon Complete GovCloud. This remote role focuses on guiding customers toward secure, compliant deployments while maintaining strong customer relationships and alignment with CrowdStrike standards.

You will assess environments, provide remediation guidance, and work with internal teams to ensure success across multiple government customers. A background in cybersecurity and customer-focused communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in a cybersecurity focused role with customer impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customers' CrowdStrike environment for alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
  • Provide recommendations to improve security posture and alignment with standards.
  • Document, track and resolve customer issues with SLAs and service reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

The future of cybersecurity starts with you. **About the Role:**The Falcon Complete Security Advisor works within a team of advisors focused on overall health and security posture of all Falcon Complete customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of technical, security, and customer management skills aimed at guiding customers towards a successful and secure experience with Falcon Complete.
