Phase2 Technology in Warren, Michigan is looking for a qualified candidate to assist with security assessments and project development under the corporate program. Responsibilities include monitoring sensitive information and guiding junior staff.
Candidates should have a Top Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree. The position also offers a range of benefits including health and retirement plans, professional development, and paid leave for full-time employees working at least 20 hours a week.
Assist a program manager with research and development of projects within a corporate program. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, review or guide activities of more junior employees, and be responsible for oversight of secure client site activities and monitored work areas to ensure compliance with security protocols. Monitor and maintain control of sensitive items and information, following SCGs and policies specific to the client organization. Complete administrative and escort tasks as needed based on client priorities.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required.
Salary ranges from $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 annually. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Benefits are available to full‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week. Employees not meeting the threshold are eligible only for select offerings, not including health benefits.
