Job summary

Responsibilities

• Security Administration: Maintain and update security databases, records, and tracking systems.
• Visit Request Processing: Coordinate, validate, and process incoming and outgoing visit requests for personnel and visitors.
• Personnel Security Support: Prepare, review, and process security documentation and associated records.
• Badge and Access Management: Support badging activities and assist with facility access procedures.
• Customer Service and Documentation: Respond to security-related inquiries and maintain documentation per customer requirements.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure security files and records meet established policies.
• Administrative Support: Support day-to-day security office operations and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Administration: Maintain and update security databases, records, and tracking systems
• Visit Request Processing: Coordinate, validate, and process incoming and outgoing visit requests for personnel and visitors
• Personnel Security Support: Prepare, review, and process security documentation and associated records
• Badge and Access Management: Support badging activities and assist with facility access procedures
• Customer Service and Documentation: Assist walk-in personnel, respond to security-related inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with customer requirements
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure security files, records, and documentation are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Administrative Support: Support day-to-day security office operations and special projects as assigned

Basic Compensation

$144,900 to $177,000
This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
