Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Security Admin – Identity & Access Management in Dallas, TX. The role requires strong IAM, cybersecurity, AI agent identity, and authorization architecture experience in complex environments.

You will work with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token exchange and workload identity, implement Zero Trust, least privilege and ZSP, and manage tools like CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Entra ID/Azure AD, AWS and Azure in hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in complex technology/security environments.
• Expertise in AI Agent Identity & Access Management.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Token Exchange & Workload Identity.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, Least Privilege & Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP).
• Experience with IAM tools: CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience with AWS, Azure & Hybrid IAM environments.
• Knowledge of AI Agent Lifecycle Governance and non-human identities.
• Experience with Secrets Management & Credential Vaulting.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF / OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, consulting & leadership skills.
• Experience with PAM, AD, LDAP, CIAM and Enterprise IAM.
• Experience with AWS AgentCore, Ping Agent IAM, SailPoint Entro, CyberArk Idira, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Foundry, and SAFe/ Agile environments.
