GardaWorld is seeking a Security Account Manager for an on-site, full-time position in Pittsburgh, PA. You will ensure guest safety, staff performance and vigilant security operations in a high-profile entertainment environment.

Responsibilities include developing security plans, overseeing multiple sites, training staff, coordinating with local police and delivering monthly security reports. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a strong sense of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in civil engineering projects/construction preferred.
• Ability to stay composed and professional in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clear, concise reports.
• Strong situational awareness, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise and maintain the security plan.
• Oversee multiple construction sites.
• Ensure security facilities are properly installed and maintained through construction.
• Train contractor and owner staff on security procedures specific to each site.
• Coordinate with local municipal police regarding security procedures at each site.
• Conduct security violation investigations, report results and resolutions as well as recommendations.
• Notify owner immediately of any serious incidents.
• Maintain Security Records
• Provide a monthly report of security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
