Account Manager

Location: Decatur, Alabama

SCIS is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee operations across asite in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
• Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
• Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least three (3) years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and 2+ years of Supervisory Experience
• Must have or be able to obtain an Alabama Armed Guard Card
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
