Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with staff via landline and radio.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must work independently or with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Transport messages via radio over a multi-channel system.
• Produce daily reports and log emergency calls.
• Utilize current CCTV systems for security.
• Produce badges and manage access to restricted areas.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly.
