Job summary

Genesis is seeking a senior security leader to design, build, and scale security infrastructure across our systems, networks, endpoints, and products. You will own and evolve security architecture and partner with engineering to embed security in the SDLC.

You will drive vulnerability management, risk assessments, and incident response, while building education programs and guiding IT infrastructure during the transition.

Qualifications

• Strong Python or Go development skills with a focus on security tooling.
• Experience building and operating security infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint, network, application, product, and data security.
• Proven ability to design and implement detection, monitoring, and response systems.
• Solid understanding of security controls, risk management, and vulnerability processes.
• Ability to embed security into engineering and IT workflows across the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience managing production infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and scale systems independently.
• Experience leading security teams while contributing as an individual contributor.
• Bonus experience securing AI, robotics platforms, or large distributed infra.
