Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Sr. Associate in Capital Markets & Risk to support securitization investor reporting and regulatory filings.

You will prepare analyses for the Capital Markets Funding team, engage in cross-functional modernization projects, and drive automation to improve reporting performance. The role involves working with senior leadership, delivering results, and expanding exposure to securitization programs across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert of auto and credit card securitization reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly Form 10-D filings and supporting reports.
• Analyze and summarize monthly results, presenting findings to senior leadership and partners.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests, including for Regulation AB audit.
• Calculate daily and monthly wires to the trustee.
• Build cross-functional relationships to stay aligned with business changes.
• Participate in system upgrades, process automations, and enhancements.
• Own BAU processes and evolve them with emerging technology tools.
• Provide cross-team support and ad hoc analysis for Form 10-Q/10-K and earnings.
