Job summary
BCG Attorney Search in Dallas seeks a securitization and structured finance associate or senior associate to join our transactional team. You will structure, draft, and negotiate asset-backed securities and engage in structured credit transactions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience in securitization and structured finance, a J.D., and bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction. Oil & Gas or other esoteric ABS assets are a plus.
